Director of Front Office

About the role

The Director of Front Office leads all Front Office and Guest Services operations at Four Seasons Nevis, a luxury beachfront resort in the Caribbean. The role covers the Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell and Door Operations, Transportation Services and all guest arrival and departure experiences. It reports to the Director of Rooms and works closely with all department leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop the Front Office team, including the Front Desk Manager, Night Manager, Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Agents, Bell & Door Team, Valet/Taxi Operations and Transportation Team.
• Create a culture of service excellence consistent with Four Seasons standards.
• Hold regular leadership meetings and daily operational briefings.
• Develop succession plans for key positions and monitor individual and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and retention initiatives, and coach future leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• 7-10+ years of luxury hotel experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior Front Office leadership role.
• Prior experience with luxury brands strongly preferred.
