Cook 2 - Hotel Kitchen

About the role

Four Seasons Nevis is hiring a Cook 2 to prepare high-quality dishes in line with Four Seasons standards, ensuring consistency, flavour and presentation in every meal. The cook supports the culinary team by keeping the station clean and organised while executing dishes with precision and care.

Key responsibilities

• Set up the workstation with the required tools, ingredients and equipment
• Prepare mise en place for the assigned station and ensure readiness for service
• Cook and plate menu items promptly and accurately according to standard recipes
• Communicate with other cooks and service staff to keep kitchen operations smooth
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the station throughout service
• Store, label and handle food properly to maintain quality and safety
• Complete requisitions and help with stock rotation as needed

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of culinary experience in a hotel, resort or similar environment
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and verbal communication)
• Valid work authorization for St. Kitts & Nevis

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of broiler equipment and an understanding of meat and fish cookery
• Attention to detail, teamwork and time management
