Country Manager – St Kitts & Nevis

About the role

The Country Manager will lead all commercial, operational and financial activities for the business in St Kitts & Nevis. Reporting to Executive Management, the role ensures the achievement of sales, profitability and growth targets while maintaining high standards of governance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse monthly consolidated P&L statements, identify variances and develop corrective action plans.
• Deliver annual sales, profit, labour and food‑cost targets approved by Executive Management.
• Identify market expansion opportunities, monitor competitor activity and present quarterly market reviews.
• Lead new store openings, brand expansions and major operational projects within approved timelines and budgets.
• Provide leadership to the Operations Manager and senior team, conduct monthly performance reviews and annual evaluations.
• Oversee recruitment, talent development and succession planning for critical positions.
• Review audit reports, ensure timely remediation of findings and manage operational, legal and reputational risks.
• Ensure compliance with labour, health, safety, food‑safety and licensing regulations.
• Manage company assets, including cash, inventory, vehicles, equipment and property.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior management of multi‑disciplinary teams within a retail or hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret financial data and drive corrective actions.
• Demonstrated track record of business growth, market development and successful project delivery.
• Excellent governance, compliance and risk‑management skills.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and lead brand activation initiatives.
