Senior Full Stack Engineer – Creator Success

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creator Success team. The role involves deep product knowledge, research on user impact, and delivering UX artefacts that solve real problems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the technology and features of the assigned product area.
• Provide human and business impact insights through research.
• Create deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.
• Communicate UX results clearly to design, cross‑functional partners, and other team members.

Required profile

• 5+ years of industry experience in interactive or visual design.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications, and collaboration trends.
• Ability to scope, estimate effort accurately and prioritize tasks independently.
• Proven history of impacting shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
